DESCRIPTION:This 90 minute session will be open to any member who wants to do some harder work in preparation for competition. \nTo join the session you don’t need to consider yourself a strong paddler. The session will be designed to make you a stronger paddler. All you need is to be ready to improve. \nNormal Saturday session will remain in place with the higher level session immediately after. Sign up for one or the other or both. \nIf you’re not sure if this is for you\, talk to one of our coaches or come along and try it out. \nPlease be ready to start at 9:45 – if you have been at the first session this will give you time for a quick bathroom break. We have a lot to get through so be ready to begin at 9:45
